I began my journey to the soul in my teen years after I heard inspirational psychologist Dr. Wayne Dyer speak.  Something within me was sparked.  I’ve  followed Dr. Dyer throughout my life and as his writing began to shift to a more spiritual perspective, I too was invited into a more spiritual way of being.  Even though I was in the corporate world for many years, I applied spiritual and psycholgical principles to my personal and work life along the way.   After 13 years in a corporate job, which I loved, I knew there was more for me to do.  I listened to my soul calling me to change careers and  I went back to school to earn my Masters degree in Counseling Psychology.  I have been in private practice for 10 years.

Soul Coaching surfaced through searching the web for a workshop/seminar to attend.  When I discovered that Soul Coaching was the idea and creation of Denise Linn, I knew I had to attend.   I’ve had Denise’s books on my bookshelf  for many years and was excited to be able to learn from this beloved healer/teacher who is a gentle and powerful woman.  In 2008 I attended Soul Coaching training with Denise and became trained and certified as a Soul Coach to teach the 28 day Soul Coaching program as well as lead Soul Journeys.

I don’t view psychology and spirituality as separate, instead I see them blended as part of the whole of who you are.  You are not your roles, thoughts, job, or who others think you are – you are a soul – a shining light.  Sometimes that light gets covered up in distractions, false belief systems, unmet childhood needs, unhealthy relationships, etc.  The goal of  Soul Coaching is to clear away the clutter on the inner and the outer so that you can hear your soul more clearly.  My mission in Soul Coaching is for you to be able to hear the messages of your soul so that you can live a fulfilling life as the authentic, real you.  Discover you – be you!
