You are invited to a day filled to the brim with gentle inner exercises, meditations, creativity and connection all designed to open you to hear the messages of your soul. I’ll be incorporating my annual Soul Vision Collage that will help you set an intention for the new year.  We’ll also explore your relationship to the four elements that make up who you are, utilizing Soul Coaching in this day long retreat. Start the new year with an intention to live on purpose, from your soul.
